New York rappers Jim Jones, Ma$e, N.O.R.E. and more have come together to represent for the Big Apple on the new Entourage soundtrack.

The new flick, which hits theaters Wednesday (June 3), has a hip-hop-heavy soundtrack.

“Entourage” creator Doug Ellin has spoken out on the show-turned-movie’s close-knit music bond.

“Music has always been an integral part of ‘Entourage’ and the movie is no different,” says Ellin. “The music itself, like the boys and like Los Angeles, is another character that we hope the audience falls in love with.” (Press Release)

The film’s music supervisor, Scott Vener, also touched on the soundtrack featuring an array of sounds.

“My favorite part about the music of ‘Entourage’ is having the ability to play any genre of music without it feeling out of place,” says Vener, who meticulously chose the music for the film and also produced the soundtrack. (Press Release)
