Texas producer Cardo recently discussed the making of rap star Jeezy and Jay Z's "Seen It All," notably, how the record initially had G.O.O.D. Music artist Big Sean's name written all over it. #GoodDecision

According to Cardo, an e-mail mix-up ultimately had the track land in Jeezy’s hands.

“I never had Jeezy or Jay Z in mind for it; Big Sean was a person I pictured on it, and Travis Scott,” he said. “I sent to Jeezy by accident. I had two beats named under the same [name] in my folder for some reason and it got duplicated. I don’t know what happened; sometimes I’ll name the beat the same thing for some damn reason.” After receiving the beat in March 2013, Jeezy immediately hit up the budding hitmaker. “Jeezy sent me a crazy text message like, ‘This joint right here, oh my God. Oh, this is crazy,'” Cardo remembered. (MTV)

The duo’s new summer anthem premiered online early Tuesday (July 1) and showcased Jay shooting out subliminal lines.

“I was in the S-Class you was just in class /You know I was finna blow like a meth lab /Expanded the operation out in Maryland /Me and Emory Jones in the caravan /Took the show on the road out in VA” (“Seen It All”)

Last year, Jeezy made headlines for joining Jay’s growing Roc Nation team.

It appears that Jeezy has aligned himself and possibly his CTE imprint with Roc Nation. Jeezy took a picture with Jay Z, with the caption reading: “It’s Official Now. CTE x Roc Nation x It’s Tha World.” As of now, details of the deal have not been revealed. In the past week, Jeezy has expressed frustration with his own label situation at Def Jam Records. He has threatened to provide fans with “an early X-Mas present” if the situation doesn’t change. Meanwhile, Jeezy’s CTE World label has previously been under Atlantic Records. (Complex)

Barring any changes, the “Snowman” will drop his Seen It All album later this year.

The self-professed Snowman chose the name after looking at how far he’s come in the past 10 years. “I gave you Thug Motivation 101, I gave you The Inspiration, The Recession, I gave you 103, and I feel like through all that, I been through a lot and I feel like I seen it all,” Jeezy told REVOLT last night. “That’s why I named my new album Seen It All.” (REVOLT TV)
