Music mogul Jay Z‘s Tidal streaming service could be in big trouble in the form of a $20 million lawsuit involving Young Money’s Drake.

According to reports, Apple Music could sue Tidal if it live streamed its artist Drake’s two-song performance at rap star Lil Wayne‘s Lil Weezyana Festival concert last night (August 28).

Sources say the tech giant threatened to sue for $20 million if Drake appeared, or if his music was streamed live, on Tidal. A source told us, “Legal letters have been sent to Tidal warning that Drake cannot appear on the Tidal stream of the festival, either solo or part of a group, and if the warning was ignored, the liabilities could be up to $20 million. Tidal confirmed the legal heat and addressed it on Twitter last night.
