According to 21-year-old Rymir Satterthwaite‘s legal guardian has provided an update on the case.

“Ultimately the case will probably be settled out of court,” Lillie Collie, Satterthwaite’s legal guardian, tells Radar exclusively. “We’ve been going through this since 2011 and it has gotten to the point where the family just wants it to be over.” (RadarOnline)

Rymir’s godmother said the fight to prove Young Hov is his dad would continue last month.

An aspiring rapper’s hard-knock life won’t stop the 21-year-old from winning a court fight to prove Jay Z is his father, his godmother vowed on Friday. “It will work out, you’ll see,” Lillie Coley told the Daily News. “The miracle will still happen. We’re up against a guy with all this money, and we’re still here.” Rymir Satterthwaite is running short on cash for dental work and mounting legal fees — but will continue the paternity fight, Coley said.       • i hear ya! its crazy, if he takes DNA test that doesnt even mean he had a relationship with her or not. if he settles most folk are gon assume hes the daddy.

        im gon say this and i hope people comprehend it correctly, i expect better from TMZ they have their ways of actually getting the truth when no one tells it! they are sneaky lil devils lol. i just say i prefer a more credible source!!!

Very complicated….While DNA may reveal a bond through blood…it does not identify motive…all that share looks and name are not family….payment over a relationship seems harsh…but a relationship with him would involve the mom impossible not to….the media would be all over her giving her( the mom) a chance to bash and get famous through revealing secrets…so while i could not imagine a world of not having a relationship with my offspring i can see why one as powerful as jay would practice extreme reserve
