Cleveland Cavaliers‘ J.R. Smith has sports blogs going nuts. The NBA champion sent out a Twitter message last night (June 7) promising his team would bounce back from a tough Finals loss to win 4 straight games.
Smith went to Twitter moments after a Game 3 loss with his huge promise.

However, J.R. has since deleted the Twitter post and said someone hacked into his account.
“I got out of the shower and my phone was buzzing. I did not tweet that,” Smith told me as he walked out of the locker room after his postgame interview session before a crowd of cameras at his locker. “I’m smarter than that. … I do believe. But I didn’t tweet that. I would be much smarter than that to tweet that at literally 12:04, right after the game.” (Cleveland)

This week, rap stars Fabolous and Jeezy released pics of themselves watching the NBA Finals Game 2.
Recently, New York rapper Nicki Minaj weighed-in on the NBA Finals.
Minaj, known for her baller-centric rhymes, also weighed in on the NBA Finals but didn’t co-sign one team. She gave props to both Cleveland Cavaliers’ LeBron James and the Golden State Warriors’ Steph Curry. “May the best team win, may the best man win,” she said. “I just love that it’s good competition.” (Billboard)
