Respected fighter Manny Pacquiao is reportedly headed to surgery following his publicized boxing match against Floyd Mayweather Jr. this past weekend.
According to reports, Pac-Man will go under the knife to address a shoulder injury.
Manny Pacquiao will undergo right shoulder surgery later this week to repair a “significant tear” in his rotator cuff, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Neal ElAttrache told ESPN.com on Monday night. “We have an MRI scan that confirms he has a rotator cuff tear. He has a significant tear,” said ElAttrache, who was still with Pacquiao at his Kerlan Jobe Orthopedic Clinic office in Los Angeles when he spoke to ESPN.com. (ESPN)

Unbeaten Floyd Mayweather defeated Manny Pacquiao by a unanimous decision in their welterweight world championship unification bout Saturday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Mayweather won the World Boxing Organization’s title and retained the World Boxing Association and World Boxing Council belts. The bout went the full 12 rounds. Mayweather is 48-0 with 26 knockouts. Get the fuck out of here. What beating? Mayweather just punched him once then held Pac or ran around the ring. Pac’s shoulder being busted up, just shows how much more of a coward Mayweather is. Mayweather had the height, reach, and weight advantage. Yet, he was still scared to go toe to toe with Pac. Only reason Mayweather won was because the judges let him get away with his running around and holding just because it was in Vegas and he has been boxing’s number one draw for the past ten years.
Mayweather is the most overrated fighter ever. He has never taken on a good fighter toe to toe. He just holds on and runs around the ring cause corrupt boxing judges let him get away with it. That fight just killed the sport of boxing. The two Mexicans who fought before this fight, Cayete vs Santa Cruz, was much more entertaining than that farce.
Maybe he should have answered that specific question they ask you on the pre-fight questionaire about if he had a shoulder injury since he said it was hurt for 2 weeks, lol. Pacquio got his ass kicked, and people need to stop making excuses for it.
