Hustle Gang rapper Iggy Azalea's ex-boyfriend Hefe Wine may have the upper hand in their current battle of a mysterious sex tape.

According to reports, Wine claims he has legal authority to shop the footage around.

Hefe Wine says Iggy signed a lengthy agreement with him in 2009 — obtained by TMZ — which gives him exclusive rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images.” Iggy signed the contract to cut records and music videos, but Wine believes all he has to do is put a music bed under the sex tape which he claims would then give him exclusive rights to sell it. (TMZ)

Iggy’s current NBA boyfriend isn’t too happy about the footage based on this…

Weekend reports claimed Iggy’s current NBA boyfriend Nick Young was concerned over the impact the footage could have on Iggy’s career.

“He hates it on so many levels,” a source close to Young told Philly.com. “If it is true, he doesn’t believe that it is him in the video, he feels terrible for Iggy and what it would do to her career. “Plus, with the NBA season coming about next month and with him being on the Lakers, he knows so much off-court attention will be brought to it and him, and that is a nightmare scenario for him,” the source added. The Houston rapper came forward about the footage last week.

Hefe says he didn’t even meet Iggy until her 18th birthday. He adds, Iggy is “100% fully aware” of the fact they shot the sex tape. He denies sending the sex clip to Vivid, saying his computer was stolen a couple months ago — but also makes it clear he’s interested in cutting a deal for the video to be released. He shouldn’t hold his breath — Iggy would have to sign off too, and that seems very unlikely right now.  The rapper claims he’s still tight with Iggy — and to prove it … he says he’s about to put out a new single featuring her. The “Fancy” hit maker’s team stepped up to slam the reports last Thursday (September 11).

“It is categorically not Iggy Azalea in the video in question. She has never been involved in any sexually explicit recordings,” Azalea’s rep wrote in an email to HuffPost Entertainment. (Huffington Post)

  2. I doubt a judge would side with Hefe Wine it’s obvious the contract was about music, not personal sex tapes.
