According to reports, Iggy won’t sit back if the footage hits the market with her name attached to it.

Now Iggy’s lawyers have fired off a letter to Vivid — obtained By TMZ — in which they say the name “Iggy” is gold … protected by U.S. Trademark.  So maybe Vivid could market the tape this way — STEAMY SEX TAPE, FEATURING SHMIGGY SHMEZELIA AND HEFE WINE! Vivid is unimpressed, restating it’s desire to market the tape. BTW … sources close to Iggy say she feels betrayed by her ex-BF. (TMZ)

Iggy’s current boyfriend isn’t too happy about this situation…

Weekend reports claim Iggy’s current NBA boyfriend Nick Young is concerned over the impact the footage could have on Iggy’s career.

“He hates it on so many levels,” a source close to Young told Philly.com. “If it is true, he doesn’t believe that it is him in the video, he feels terrible for Iggy and what it would do to her career. “Plus, with the NBA season coming about next month and with him being on the Lakers, he knows so much off-court attention will be brought to it and him, and that is a nightmare scenario for him,” the source added. Houston rapper Jefe Wine came forward about the footage this week.

Hefe says he didn’t even meet Iggy until her 18th birthday. He adds, Iggy is “100% fully aware” of the fact they shot the sex tape. He denies sending the sex clip to Vivid, saying his computer was stolen a couple months ago — but also makes it clear he’s interested in cutting a deal for the video to be released. He shouldn’t hold his breath — Iggy would have to sign off too, and that seems very unlikely right now.  The rapper claims he’s still tight with Iggy — and to prove it … he says he’s about to put out a new single featuring her. The “Fancy” hit maker’s team stepped up to slam the reports Thursday (September 11).

“It is categorically not Iggy Azalea in the video in question. She has never been involved in any sexually explicit recordings,” Azalea’s rep wrote in an email to HuffPost Entertainment. (Huffington Post)

  1. How could Iggy feel betrayed by her ex bf? I thought it wasn’t her on the tape lmao.

  2. Idk what she’s so worried about. Can’t release the footage w/o consent. That’s why Kanye’s tape never saw the light of day.
