After making a buzz across the Internet earlier this year with her "I Wanna Shoot Lady Gaga" record, SOHH hit up pop singer Sabrina to get to the bottom of her issues against the Grammy-winner.

Although the record initially premiered through Interscope Records, Sabrina said her shots at the label’s mega star forced them to go separate ways.

“We released that particular song through Interscope but then I think some of her fans were upset by that and there was a huge outrage, so Interscope was like, ‘We don’t want to have anything to do with this,’ so they made us pull it down for 24 hours,” Sabrina told SOHH referencing her “I Wanna Shoot Lady Gaga” record. “They still put it up but they took their name off of it so that people would leave them alone. So that particular song was put out through Interscope but I still have a deal with WIDEAwake. That’s what my album is going to come out through.” (SOHH)

Sabrina also said she did not use the record to gain notoriety or spark attention.

“I just don’t hold back. I expected the backlash for the ‘Lady Gaga’ and I’m not someone who craves the spotlight or just wants the attention,” Sabrina added. “I really feel that way and I still want to shoot her but I think she’s done a good job at shooting herself in the foot, honestly. I don’t want to kill her, but her character and everything she does is so annoying to me. People could say the videos I put out aren’t appropriate for children but I’ll tell you Lady Gaga’s fanbase are 13 year-olds, 18 year-olds and some of the stuff she puts out is totally inappropriate, in my opinion. I know she is being influenced by drugs and I have personal inside information about that. I hope she doesn’t turn out like another Amy Winehouse but that’s the road she’s heading in, even though I would never compare her to Amy Winehouse. So I say everything I really feel. In my upcoming album, we diss Katy Perry, Beyonce, a little bit and there’s something about Jay-Z.” (SOHH)

Earlier this year, Sabrina broke down her reasoning for releasing the record.

“My song “I Wanna Shoot Lady Gaga” is not about shooting Stefani Germanotta, the lonely, insecure girl better known to the world as her alter ego, Lady Gaga. The song is about killing off the gimmick, the character of Lady Gaga. Its not meant to be sadistic or evil, I mean, just check out the song’s artwork. We used a squirt gun – nothing violent, just metaphorical. I want to kill everything she represents and stands for. I read in Forbes that Lady Gaga is one of the most powerful and influential people in the world…that thought turns my stomach. To think about how someone who is so morally bankrupt, who lacks integrity and gives slutty a whole new meaning, could hold such a position of influence is sickening.” (SOHH Guest Star)

Along with the track, she has worked with a slew of hip-hop artists.

Sabrina is known for collaborations with Nappy Roots, Jayo Felony, Knoc’turnal, and other urban artists. She also had the lead single off the “Last Day of Summer” film which starred Nikki Reed from the “Twlight” saga. Through her hard work and accomplishments, Sabrina landed a digital distribution deal through Interscope Records for her single, “I Wanna Shoot Lady Gaga,” aimed at Grammy-winning superstar Lady Gaga.
