Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane is making headlines this weekend, in addition to his current feud with music rival Young Jeezy, over reportedly being listed as an animal at a local zoo.
Reports of this unusual situation surfaced across the Internet Saturday (October 13).
If you head over to the Atlanta Zoo page on Google+, you will see that Gucci Mane is listed among the animals in their “About” section. This may seem puzzling, like, “Why is Gucci Mane listed as an animal at the Atlanta Zoo?” But we figure it’s most likely some sort of Google search error related to Gucci Mane’s song with Ludacris that just so happens to be titled “Atlanta Zoo.” Regardless, it’s still pretty funny to see Gucci’s name listed next to gorillas, pandas, and tigers. Outside of being considered an animal, Gucci has kept busy in the studio as heard on his new anti-Jeezy track, “Truth.”

On the record, he also takes a jab at the rapper’s personal life.

When getting interviewed by radio host Big Boy this week, the “Snowman” fired multiple jabs at Gucci.
“I mean, I feel like everybody know that boy retarded, nobody take him seriously. He got an ice cream cone on his face. That being said, I’m not going back. I’m going forward. And then it’s crazy because they’ll call you and want you on a song. And then when you don’t get on a song, that’s what happens.” (“Big Boy’s Neighborhood”)
