In a new 30-second trailer, Ghost is shown getting into a heated argument with his girlfriend.

Ghostdini looks like he’s going through it on the recently released ‘Couple Therapy’ promo. He and his girlfriend, songwriter/model Kelsey Nykole, are seen arguing when Ghostface yells, “You’re not the only chick that I do that with.” Nykole then storms out saying, “OK, then f–this.” Of course, the trailer doesn’t reveal what’s the “that” Ghostface is referring to. Hopefully it’s not anything close to the situation he touches on in ‘Back Like That,’ which sounds a lot better in song than in reality. In another scene, Nykole is seen throwing her drink at a seated Ghostface, which is something the rapper is probably not going to take too kindly . The season premiere of ‘Couples Therapy’ is on Jan. 2 at 9 p.m. ET (The Boom Box)

Last month, reports claimed Killah would join the likes of some notable on-screen celebrities on “Couples Therapy.”

VH1 has announced the fourth season of its couples-therapy reality show (simply called “Couples Therapy”), which begins in January. Among the couples hitting the counselor’s couch on camera with host Dr. Jenn Berman are Jon Gosselin and Liz Jannetta, Taylor Armstrong and John Bluher, and… Ghostface Killah and his ladyfriend Kelsey Nykole. Yes. “These couples, at a crossroads in their relationships, will join together for over two weeks as they undergo intensive relationship therapy,” the press release reads. “The couples will participate in group and individual therapy along with relationship exercises out in the ‘real world’ to see if they can rekindle the love they used to have for one another–or if it’s simply time for them to move on.” (Pitchfork)

Coincidentally, Ghost’s TV gig came just days after Wu-Tang head RZA revealed his lack of involvement in a full-fledged group reunion.

“And one of the guys who showed up the most was Method Man. He showed the most tenacity, he was the most vocal, he showed up the most, and he got the most lyrics on the new album. He’s already recorded eight or nine songs. He’s been on it. You know, I give Cappadonna credit, he’s been really on it. U-God has been present. Masta Killa be representing. Inspectah Deck has been somewhat present. Ghost has been, you know, 20 percent present. And Raekwon hasn’t shown up at all. When you look at somebody like Masta Killa and U-God, they seem to have that original hunger to complete the legacy. I respect that everybody [is] busy with they own lives. I started with a plan that I thought would work. Now maybe my plan not working.” (Grantland)

Recently, New York rapper Uncle Murda a.k.a. UM spoke to SOHH about having an interest in doing reality television.

“Yeah, I check ’em out sometimes. I’m not gonna lie, I smoke a litle something and I might check them out,” Murda told SOHH, referring to reality television shows. “Sometimes they’re on and they’re entertaining. I would entertain one. If it was done the right way and I had a lot of control over the sh*t and I could bring certain things to the forefront, like, you know, not just p*ssy and d**k and it’s not just about feelings and emotions between females and n*ggas, I’d like to bring a little bit more reality to reality TV. That’s if I were to be given the opportunity. I like to show some of the real sh*t that’s going on too. Like some of the hood sh*t that’s not being paid attention to. I’d like to bring a whole lot of things to the reality sh*t.” (SOHH)

VH1 reality star T.I.‘s protégé Young Dro also hit up SOHH and revealed if fans would ever spot him on a reality series.

“Everybody asked me if I would do reality television,” Dro told SOHH. “I don’t know. I just don’t want to say I want to be a reality star. I want to be a movie star. I read a lot. I coach a lot. But I really want to master the craft. I do know that whatever I do in life, I can do it if I put my mind to it and I can achieve it. I haven’t really thought about what I need to do for that [reality television] craft so that I can present myself out to the world and open up. Once I get a chance to do that, I’ll do so.” (SOHH)
