West Coast rapper Game is reportedly being sued for his involvement in a recent altercation against a photographer in California.

According to reports, the photog has put together a lawsuit against him after being attacked.

According to the docs … the photog — Justin Willard — sustained severe back, neck and head injuries … and Game made off with his camera. The server escaped the beat down by hiding in his car. The photog is suing for the value of his gear, medical bills and damages. As for the process server — he’s suing for the emotional pain suffered … while hiding in the car. (TMZ)

Recently, Game claimed he was going to stay away from the basketball court scene and spend quality time with family amid his publicized altercation.

“Nah man, I’ve been off the hoop courts for a minute,” Game said. “I run into a little situations, Usher voice, so I’m just going to play it cool and hang out with my kids this weekend. Police to me, it ain’t ever really no peace – I don’t need security. Police is police. So they’re going to do what they do. You got some officers out there that do things straight by the book and you got some that don’t play right and the ones that don’t play right, I don’t f*ck with them.” (TMZ)

Recent reports claimed off-duty police officer Onyebuchi Awaji had gone after Game’s neck by filing a lawsuit.

Awaji claims Game nailed him with a sucker punch that may have caused brain damage. Not only did Awaji claim Game sucker punched him, he says Game fled the scene as soon as he heard cops were called. At the time of the fight, sources close to Game told TMZ Game threw the punch out of self-defense, claiming Awaji verbally threatened Game with a gun. (TMZ)

Aside from this, a Los Angeles judge recently delayed a ruling on Game’s legal war with a former nanny employed by him.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said he still needs information on what attempts Karen Monroe has made to get work and how much her therapy is costing. Monroe sued the 35-year-old rapper in July 2013 after he allegedly ranted about her on Instagram, accusing her of neglecting his children and describing her as a “very dangerous baby sitter.” Mitchell said he is unlikely to issue a seven-figure judgment against the entertainer.
