West Coast rapper Game's fiancée Tiffney Cambridge recently discussed her relationship with the hip-hop star and compared their bond to a certain "Love & Hip Hop" couple.
In Cambridge’s eyes, she sees a lot of similarities with Dipset’s Jim Jones and his fiancée Chrissy Lampkin.
“Jim and Chrissy are my number one favorite. I see a lot of parallels between their relationship and mine and Jayceon’s. You know Jimmy loves her to death, but he’s still Jimmy just like Jayceon loves me to death but he is still Game.” (VIBE Vixen)
With the wedding date around the corner and their VH1 reality show having premiered this week, Tiff hinted at what other endeavors she sees herself getting into.
“I’d like to stay somewhere in education. My girlfriend and I were thinking about writing some children’s books and maybe opening up a tutorial service where I can be one-on-one with the some kids so that if I’m not in a classroom environment everyday, I’m still able to share myself with our youth. Mentoring is very important to me.” (VIBE Vixen)
Prior to airing, Lampkin spoke on getting her own “Chrissy & Mr. Jones” reality show.
“Jimmy and I have our own show now,” she revealed in an interview. “There’s definitely gonna be drama. We love each other but we don’t always see eye to eye. We respect each other but just like any other relationship, it gets rocky. I really don’t know [the title yet]. I really wanted ‘Me and Mrs. Jones’ but Kelis and Nas already used that.” (VIBE)
Much like Game and Cambridge, Chrissy and Jones’ publicized wedding date complications have received attention over the past year.
“[Date set?] Not yet. [Wedding planned?] Absolutely not; this is still just setting in, the whole engagement thing,” Chrissy said in an interview. “[Nervous?] Yeah, I am. I’m scared of the wedding. A lot of planning and a lot of stuff I have to get together. … Me, I could’ve done a destination wedding. A few family members and a few friends.
