Incendiary rapper Game has continued to extend olive branches these days after revealing a mature apology he issued to model-turned-television personality Tyra Banks for poking fun at her forehead in the past.

Confirming his participation on an episode of “America’s Next Top Model,” Game said he showed his softer side by apologizing to Tyra for calling her forehead big on his 2005 single, “Higher”.

“I had [my publicist] send over some flowers [with a card] that said, ‘Sorry about the fo’head joke,'” Game revealed. “But we put ‘Fo’, f-o, head. Fo’ head. We joked about it, but she said she had never heard it — but somebody told her about it. But it was all good man. And you know, her forehead wasn’t that big in real life. It was there, but it wasn’t as big. But nothing but love for Tyra.” (Rap-Up TV)

Game also took a shot at singer Mariah Carey on the same single, heard on his The Documentary album.

“I’ll do anything – but I won’t f*ck Mariah/Even if she had Ashanti butt naked in bed/Cause she got a fo’ head just like Tyra/I can say what the f*ck I want/You though Dre retired, left me a six-fo’ and his Dayton wires?'” (“Higher”)

No stranger to apologizing as of late, Game came to terms with his past beef toward G-Unit in 2009.

“[Interscope Records CEO] Jimmy [Iovine] always says, ‘Man, I told you guys not to break up the Beatles,'” Game said in an interview. “He says he told John Lennon the same thing a long time ago. But I was young, man. I was dumb. I did a lot of dumb things. I felt me and 50 clashed. I’m not gonna diss 50. I’m not gonna go back on the plane. He had his side, I had my side. I did what I felt was necessary for me and my career to have longevity and survive in hip-hop and music to be around when I’m Quincy Jones‘ age — not just be Quincy Jones’ age, but be a Quincy Jones. Now, four albums in, I can honestly say from Banks to Buck to [Dr.] Dre to Yayo to whoever, if it would have kept going, endless paper. Millions of albums sold — because we were great together. Me and 50’s chemistry was like how Method Man was to Redman when they get in. You know when Method Man gets with Redman, it’s going down.” (MTV)

The rapper is currently focused on his next solo album, R.E.D.

“#alliwantis for my fans to know that the R.E.D. album will be in-stores AUGUST 23rd !!! Thanks for the continuous love & support. #REDnation,” he tweeted Wednesday (May 17).

“Just got off a conference call with Jimmy Iovine & @interscope . Aug 23rd is the release date & it’s like a FAT GIRL….. It won’t move !” (Game’s Twitter)
