Game Addresses Sweaty, Near-Fight Altercation Footage [Video]

West Coast rapper Game has provided some clarity to why he ripped off his shirt and nearly went toe-to-toe with another man in recently leaked on-street footage.

According to Game, he simply fell victim to drinking a bit too much alcohol.

“I’m chilling, man,” Game said to a paparazzo while walking through an airport. “Everything is wavy, man, even the [hair] waves are wavy. [The street scuffle,] yeah, you know what, that’s what happens when you abuse alcohol. You know what I’m saying? You’ve got to know your drinking limit and at that certain time, I didn’t know my drinking limit but you know what? I’m getting better. [People coming after the top dog?] Nah, you know what, it could be. It is what it is, you know?” (TMZ)

The dicey footage started to make its rounds across the Internet last week.

The Game was thiiiiiiiis close to jumping into a huge fight in Hollywood this weekend — even taking off his shirt in preparation for battle — but something crazy happened … his entourage held him back! Game had been partying at Lure Nightclub on Saturday night with some of his friends — but moments after he talked to TMZ about the Eazy-E hologram, a fight broke out across the street … and suddenly, it was mayhem in the streets. It’s unclear why or how Game was involved — but he was definitely PISSED … and clearly wanted to go beat someone’s ass. That’s when his entourage stepped in — one guy grabbed Game and physically restrained him … while some other guys readied the rapper’s car so they could get out of the situation before something bad happened. Game eventually left the scene … right as cops began to arrive. Props to the entourage — you guys are earning those Rolexes. (TMZ)

The news came shortly after he announced plans to drop a new mixtape project.

“Almost done with my “Operation Kill Everything” mixtape !!!!!!! Y’all gone f*ck wit this hard !!! Let the workd know #OKE is comin !!! RT RT,” Game tweeted May 6th.

“RT @giz_mow: Can’t wait to hear @thegame verse fo bitch don’t kill my vibe – tomorrow. #OKE” (Game’s Twitter)

A few days ago, the tatted rap star released his heartfelt “Till We Meet Again” tribute record.

It’s never easiy losing someone near and dear to you. The Game is still mourning the death of one of his closest friends, Michael “Frogg” Reshard, who was killed last month to gun violence. Using a Pac-esque flow, Jayceon releases a tribute to his late homeboy. The Game lets his heart bleed through the track on this one. (Miss Info TV)
