New York radio veteran Funk Flex doesn’t let much – if anything – get by him these days. The hip-hop personality has taken note of various high-profile rappers throwing down on the Big Apple radio scene.
Flex went to Instagram last night (April 23) with pics and clips of rappers taking shots aimed his way.
A few weeks ago, Flex publicly challenged rap rival Drake to respond to disses fired his way from music newcomer XXXTENTACION.
Known for flexing his social media muscle, Funk recently went off on rapper Nicki Minaj‘s “Make Love” music video.
“You can’t call yourself the queen if you’re kicking your verse on an inflated plastic bunny or unicorn. Either one is ridiculous. Plastic bunny. Plastic unicorn. So you know what that verse is translated to? Dumpster juice/water. [laughs] And poodle pee pee. Yeah, yeah, new Kendrick Lamar. This is what you call bars. The game’s getting back to bars, not Bozo, bars.”
