As Bad Boy Records rapper French Montana continues to inch closer to finally releasing his long-awaited Excuse My French solo debut, the project's cover art has now emerged online.
Along with the cover art, a new release date is now attached to the LP.
French Montana has revealed the official album cover for his debut album Excuse My French. Just a few days ago, artwork for French and Young Money star Nicki Minaj‘s “Freaks” record emerged.
French Montana has a shaking single up his sleeve. The Coke Boys general is set to release his new single “Freaks,” co-starring everyone’s favorite Barbz in Nicki Minaj. Set to appear on his oft-delayed Excuse My French debut album (due this spring), Frenchie’s new collaboration follows his current “Marble Floors” cut with Rick Ross, Lil’ Wayne and 2 Chainz. Prior to getting pushed back, Montana recently announced his LP’s late winter release date.
“#excusemyfrench march 12 juuhearddd haannnn,” he tweeted December 20th. (French Montana’s Twitter)
Last year, the New York rapper revealed former Bad Boy protégé Ma$e would play an important role on the project.
When contacted by Billboard, Ma$e’s camp deflected questions about his future plans. Reps from Maybach didn’t return calls for comment. According to Montana, Ma$e is serving as an A&R representative on Montana’s forthcoming Bad Boy debut, “Excuse My French,” as well as appearing on the remix of Montana’s “Everything’s a Go.” “I’m not sure what kind of decisions he’s going to make,” Montana says, “[but] I would love to see him in my camp.” (Billboard)
