Bad Boy Records' French Montana is no stranger to living the lavish life and showed off just how much he loves animals by introducing the world to his new monkey, Julius Caesar.
According to reports, producer Mally Mall surprised him with a baby monkey.
French Montana has added to his menagerie of exotic animals, with a gift that has a tendency to throw feces at you. We got video of French and his new little friend … an adorable baby monkey named Julius Caesar. The monkey was a surprise gift from producer Mally Mall … who presented the banana enthusiast to Montana on board his private jet. (TMZ)
Bad Boy Records CEO Diddy’s protégé has also nurtured the monkey since receiving it.
We’re told French has been bottle feeding JC … and even slept with him last night. FM is no stranger to wildlife. Earlier this year, he posted a picture of him holding two tiger cubs, with this caption: “Got so high last night bought 2 baby tigers.” (TMZ)
Last October, French revealed a monkey would top his dream pet list.
“I love animals, man. I love animals,” Montana told MTV News last week. French has a few pets that he favors, but said the tigers are for the camera only. “My dream pet? I like a couple of them, man: monkey, I love dogs. See tigers, I don’t know, I can’t be playing with something like that,” the Bad Boy rapper admitted. “A monkey, I can handle it. A dog, yeah; I would get a monkey.” (MTV)
A couple years ago, Montana’s rap pal Waka Flocka Flame joined a PETA campaign in light of his love for dogs.
Launching on February 22, Waka will be joining PETA’s “Ink Not Mink” campaign in Los Angeles, CA alongside Lady Gaga, Pink, and Mariah Carey, Flame’s publicist, Kali Bowyer said. When commenting on his involvement with PETA, the 1017 Brick Squad rep told XXL, “Animals should be treated the same as you would a kid. Would you want someone just to walk up and skin your kid?
