Writing on Twitter, Foxy promised to drop the record on New York radio station Hot 97 tomorrow (January 7).

“FOX BOOGIE aka “Machine Gun Kelly” LIVE ON HOT97 FRIDAY BABY!!!!!!! World Premiere of “CHRISTMAS MASSACRE”!!!!!,” she tweeted Thursday (January 6)

“****WORLD PREMIERE of “MASSACRE” FRIDAY HOT97 BABY!!!!!!!!!****”

“Haaaa!!!! OMG! LOL! at us dyin’ laughing at the “5 minutes of fame nickname” for them thief *ss b*stards! “OX and OXTAIL”!!!!!!!!! haaa!!” (Foxy Brown’s Twitter)

Last week, Brown explained why “Christmas Massacre” did not drop on time.

Female emcee and Brooklyn’s own Foxy Brown was supposed to release the diss record “Christmas Massacre,” on Christmas Eve, a track intended to annihilate Lil’ Kim, but the days are flying by without a record in sight. Apparently, she was going to host a party that night as well at Club Jelani in Brooklyn but after confusion with the party’s location, FB was a no show. No official word has been spoken on the status of “Christmas Massacre” but Fox took to herTwitter to shed light a bit of light on an unfortunate situation that’s caused the delay: “I’d like to personally apologize for the confusion and venue changing of the beautiful ‘Christmas In Brooklyn’ party. Although the confusion fell far beyond my control, my responsibility and concern is to my fans and family; my priority. As I always say…they Devi’s at his busiest when ur about to get busy.” (VIBE)

After publicly calling out her former manager and Platinum Camp/Nightlife Productions over the song’s release announcement, the companies responded to Fox Boogie last weekend.

“Platinum Camp and Nightlife productions strongly dispute the claims being made by Foxy Brown. The whole world already knew there would be a new OFFICIAL Foxy track coming out by Christmas because Foxy herself announced it every day via hertwitter page. The song “U aint ruff enough” previously titled “Christmas Massacre” was supposed to be released on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, we recently got word the record was somehow hacked from a supposedly “secure” server, and then leaked to various sources around the net. The same situation is currently happening with Grammy award winning Eminem and Kanye West‘s new material, and is sadly the nature of today’s industry. We fully understand where Foxy would be upset with something getting leaked, an artist of her stature certainly deserves better, and we are as disappointed and angry as she is.” (Statement)

The statement also claimed Foxy initially greenlighted the song’s release to the public.

“By the same token, we had a previous release date fully sanctioned by Foxy brown for Dec 24 2010 for the OFFICIAL ,NOT LEAKED, version of “u ain’t ruff enuff” (The leaked version is NOT the finished production). Her objections today are the first time we have been contacted in any manner about any doubts by her about the aforementioned official release. We at Platinum Camp and Nightlife feel like this is coming totally out of the blue, especially after all the time and money that we have invested in the Foxy Brown rebirth project . We only wish she would have contacted us face to face so these issues could have been handled privately and not played out in the press. We, of course, still have Foxy’s best interest at heart and would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible, but we will also vigorously defend ourselves and our reputations from any unwarranted attacks.” (Statement)
