[Each week, SOHH asks two entertainment personalities to name their Top 5 rappers of all-time. To make things tricky, we've created a "Hall of Fame" of emcees (see right) who are universally respected and therefore may not be mentioned. After Diego Cash brought out five picks, Cali Swag District's Yung dishes out his top choices.]
-
Lil Wayne. For right now, he’s the greatest rapper alive. At the moment, look at the way he’s got it. There’s nothing he’s not on that he doesn’t rap. Lil Wayne’s got it.
-
Drake. He’s a cold lyricist. The things he says, it’s just crazy. He’s up there with Weezy. If Weezy leaves, then I think Drake’s got it. Drake is cold.
-
Nipsey Hussle. He keeps it real. Everything he says, for anyone who comes from the West Coast can relate to him, he just keeps it real. Everything he says and what he says is just dope. I like him because everything he’s doing, he keeps it real.
-
Lupe Fiasco. Lupe’s vocabulary is crazy. He can sit there and spit and then you have to get a dictionary to find out what all he’s saying. You can learn from that. I think anyone who says that is crazy in the head good. He’s smart and he’s just got it.

Kanye West. I don’t know the words to describe Kanye. He’s just dope in different ways. He can spit, his vocabulary is crazy and his producing skills stand out. He’s just crazy in all different ways.
