Public Enemy's Flavor Flav reportedly found himself in handcuffs Wednesday (October 17) morning after his fianceé called police on him following a heated argument.
Details on the Las Vegas arrest surfaced online early Wednesday.
Flavor Flav was arrested early this morning in Vegas after allegedly assaulting someone in his house with a deadly weapon, TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Flav — real name William Drayton Jr. — allegedly got into a heated verbal argument with a teenager in his house, as well as his fiancee. His fiancee then called 911. It’s unclear if the teenager is Flavor’s child. (TMZ)
The animated hip-hop personality must post up over $20,000 to get out on bail.
According to law enforcement sources, Flav allegedly threatened one person with a knife during the argument, and battered the other — it’s unclear which person he threatened, and which he physically attacked. Flav was arrested around 3am and booked on two charges — felony assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor domestic violence (battery). He’s currently being held on $23,000 bail. (TMZ)
Last March, Flav ventured back into the poultry business by opening up his own chicken restaurant.

He previously spoke on his love for the culinary arts and his restaurant’s theme.
“My secret (shhhh) fried chicken recipe. That’s the star. But we have a red velvet waffle too, and everyone goes ohhhh when they hear that. Go on, you can say it,” Flav said when asked about the menu. “My parents owned a soul food diner. It inspired me to go to culinary school. [Did I get a degree?] I sure did. 1978. Albertson, N.Y. … [The restaurant theme?] Things showcasing my career, a lot of pictures up of me and my celebrity friends.
