R&B singer Faith Evans reportedly is going to need to call up her best legal muscle to deal with a hefty lawsuit over a now-cancelled performance.

According to reports, concert promoter Jeremy Hill wants justice for Evans pulling the plug on a previously billed September 10th show he paid her $17,500 for.

Hill says he knew things were going south when he found out she was going to be part of the Diddy and co’s big tour. He especially took note of the fact the Bad Boy tour would be in Atlanta on Sept. 8. That’s a big problem because Hill says his contract with Faith included a non-compete — as in she can’t perform within a 100 mile radius of his gig during the 6 months leading up to Sept. 10. Hill’s suing to block Faith from doing the Bad Boy show in Atlanta … and he also wants at least $100k for leaving him at the altar. (TMZ)

Last month, Evans teased fans about her upcoming posthumous Notorious B.I.G. joint album, The King And I.

ARHT Media founder Rene Bhari recently announced plans for a B.I.G. hologram to show up in an upcoming Evans music video.

The first order of business for the Biggie Humagram is a music video appearance for the first single off Faith Evans’ duets compilation titled The King & I. Last month, the Brooklyn MC’s former wife revealed on Dame Dash’s radio show that a potential hologram tour was in the works, which Bharti confirms. “What we’re gonna start with is a video with the first single from The King & I then I think Faith wants to do a little tour,” he says.
