According to reports, sources are accusing Fab of playing a possible role in Baby’s murder.

NYPD detectives aren’t sure what role, if any, the Brooklyn rapper might have played in the March killing, but a surveillance video shows Fabolous leaving Club Amazura seconds before a mystery gunman blasted Greg (G-Baby) Brown in the back. “[Fabolous] is about to get in the car as the shooting goes down,” said a police source who watched the video. Police and G-Baby’s relatives say the rappers – both from Bedford-Stuyvesant – had a longstanding beef, though a source said they’d put it behind them. “My son was going to talk to Fab in a car, and he got shot three times,” grieving mother Roxanne Brown said. “I don’t know what’s going on. I just want to know who killed my son.” (New York Daily News)

The rapper was fatally shot at a Fabolous concert in mid-March.

Memphis Bleek protege, G Baby, was fatally shot in Queens two nights ago following Fabolous’ gig at club Amazura. No arrests have been reported. Locally, the 22-year-old Brooklynite was making a name for himself with several collabos and viral videos. (Rap Radar)

Following his concert, Fabolous paid his respect to the late emcee.

“Life is not Promised.. Live Life to the fullest, & like there is no 2moro.. Lost a soldier in the field this morning.. R.I.P. G Baby,” Fab wrote through Twitter on Saturday. (Fabolous’ Twitter)

Memphis Bleek also reflected on the shooting’s aftermath in March.

“I’m in mood I can’t explain I lost a real n*gga 2day R.I.P to my n*gga who was like a bro to me!! G.BABY.. Love u G….,” Bleek wrote on Twitter over the weekend. “2nite goes out for the baby boy G I got u my n*gg see u on the other side! Thx to those who showed me love…getlow we to strong to break!!” (Memphis Bleek’s Twitter)

No further details have been revealed as of now.

  1. Anything is possible when you not paying producers and artists what you owe. These ppl better start reading contracts and wise up. Can’t wait til I gets paid so I can live life comfortable.

    • WHen Buck was having trouble paying the IRS 50 helped him. He even gave Buck a Bentley. Bow Wow is part of YMCMB. Baby can help him out.

    • Well y was 50 talkin bout buck owing him? Indian giving don’t count as helpin out its used to have some control ova somebody lol hatas

    • Nigga stfu bow wow owe debts from 10 yrs ago..how tha fuck is that birdman fault. U know nothing about hip hop so stop trying

    • Y’ all niggaz acting really emotional. I’m not saying it’s Birdman’s fault, cause it isn’t. But if you buy a house for 14.5 million dollars at least help your artist who have money issues. Because……..Bow Wow is giving YMCMB a bad image. If your label is all about money the last thing you need is negative reports of financial situations.

    • Bow wow gets a check monthly from cm he haven’t dropped an album or nothing so u saying birdman should give an advance?as far as stealing its been ova a decade n they got their money n all tryn to get bck on ship.dre lost busta the same way he lost joell, rakim n a lot others ijs u said dre worked hard to get where he at,u don’t think birdman hasn’t? Name 1 job where employees get paid more than their boss?wouldn’t say busta sold his soul the nigga tryn to get money he didn’t have 5 or 6 yrs to wait on dre who only goin do 3or 4 tracks max

    • True. But you have to look at it business wise. Bow Wow is giving YMCMB a bad image right now. He either drops Bow Wow or help him out. Doesn’t matter what you think of Bow Wow. At the end of the day he is still a YMCMB artist. Yeah Dre worked hard. The producing thing paid off let’s be honest. Everybody is positive about Dre his skills. What skills does Birdman have?
50 has more money than Dre and Em so I don’t understand how Drake, Wayne, and Nicki together don’t even got half of Birdman’s money. Birdman don’t tour and he don’t drop cd’s. I don’t understand where his money comes from. His top artists should have way more then them because they make way more than him. In rap it’s possible to have more money than the boss. Khaled got more money than Fat Joe.
Busta already a veteran. Everything you see Wayne doing now Busta did that many many years ago. So I don’t see how a dude who got his own movement called Flipmode Squad signed to Baby. It should be the other way around. Busta should be signing rappers.

    • I dnt think 50 has more than them “music” wise, birdman is a ceo,co-owner of a label that has 20 plus years n sold a shitload of recods,no def jam artist made more than russell n he didn’t breathe on the track, idt bowwow is givin them a bad imagine ppl don’t take all that shit they say serious dawg lol besides bowwow will not be remembered for bein on cm I mean ppl forget mack 10 was there if anythinh hell b associated with jd

    • The thing with busta is not everybody is cut out to be a ceo,if that’s the case 8ball n mjg shouldn’t sign with nobody else besides flipmode wasn’t spcial besides rah,I doubt if khaled has joe money, pun sold records n I’m sure joe own his masters

    • what u about to be saying that for 14 years bruh…8 at the least??!!! he’s gonna be sittin for a while so please stop screaming that shit! even he said it was a great deal he got considering his felony record!! just bump his old shit and relax…that man aint coming home no time soon!

  2. Ima big YMCMB fan but Birdman be pissing me off when he does stuff like this. He’s consider old money so I expect him to do better you will never see Hov or Dr Dre do some shit like this.

    • SOrry but you have no right to compare Baby to Hov or Dre in any shape or form. Those 2 dudes worked hard for every penny they have. Birdman is stealing from his artists. Now I understand why Bow Wow broke.

    • Stop hatin, ppl been sayin for years dre didn’t produce most hits he claim n its not coming from fans/groupies bloggin it came from co producers, respectable producers like eric b,y shouldn’t bow wow be broke he hasn’t dropped anything so I guess baby need to do like 50 n just pay niggas not from doin shit huh? I’m not a fan of dude at all n not defendin him just dnt like hatas

    • I’m not talking about producing. Dre has a label. Busta (dude who sold his soul to Baby) was signed there. Em and 50 are signed there. All these artists never complained about Dre stealing there when they got paid. Baby steals from his artists. Ask Buck he recorded Wayne confirming it. I’m not a hating it’s just the truth.. But why making big moves while your artists having money problems? That’s not good.

    • Despite what people may say or think about Dre, about his producing credibility, dude has more CLASSICS than anybody in hip-hop. Didn’t hear anyone questioning Dre when he was producing cats best albums.

    • When do u think ppl was callin him out on it? In case u r too young to remember eazy said big hutch produced most of ruthless shit n suge said daz did a lot of death row shit besides that nobody questioned dre only his slow work ethic so I really don’t know what u r talking bout

    • Nigga’s waited until they had issues with Dre, then they come out saying Dre didn’t produce much. Where was all this at when Dre had these cats going multi? When Dre was with N.W.A, they had there most successful album, Dre left, they fell off. Dre produced Snoop most successful album, Dre left, Snoop fell off. Dre produced & featured on the remix to “Cali Love”, had it No. 1 & 2XPlatinum, wonder why the original “Cali Love” don’t get any respect or credibility, but Dre’s featured & produced “Cali Love” do. No matter what anyone thinks about Dre, dude has more accomplishments than anyone from west-coast whether it’s a CEO or rapper, & dude has numerous classics under his belt, & gave a lot of cats there best albums.

  3. That’s plenty of room for him and Wayne to have their makeout sessions…..Monday they’ll kiss in the underground pool Tuesday they’ll kiss in the outside pool Wednesday the theater Thursday the massage room Friday the gym Saturday spa area and Sunday the private dock

  4. I heard he got a “Bangledesh wing” in the crib! the whole right side was made specifically with money he owes that dummy

    • He paid him already how do u think he made the 6 foot 7 foot beat around that time they settle for wat he owes him

    • man you hella late === I’m off this…hit me up in a month to tell me the breaking news of how Obama got re-elected -_-

  5. HE PAID 15 MILLION FOR A HOUSE THAT SCOTT STORCH BOUGHT FOR UNDER 7 MILLION? NOW I REALLY BELIEVE THAT HE BOUGHT WAYNE’S CARTER 4 ALBUMS. THAT’S NOT A FLIP, THAT’S ROBBERY.

    • you read it wrong …. scott paid 10.5 mil when he first got it …… it got forclosed, went up for auction and the dude who invented rockstar energy drink bought it for almost 7mil and doubled up when he just sold it to birdbrain lol

  6. His company is based in Miami so its smarter that he buys a house rather than rent. But why do big houses have so many bathrooms, who’s gonna use all of them 17 bathrooms.

  7. Man, Bird grown as hell and he can spend his bread however he wishes and if he chooses not to help Bow Wow then so be it…Bow gotta help himself…he better jump his ass in a booth and get creative..and I’m sayi.g this and don’t like none of them niggaz…if rappers don’t wanna get robbed by their bosses they need to do research and learn the ins and outs of a record deal and come to the table with two lawyers to make sure they getting what they negotiated for…niggaz gotta stop being so thirsty for the come up that they sign the come up away by being dumb…three words my niggaz…open a book…read…research…study your field completely…come with a legal team…get yours
