Loso first started his seemingly endless rant with comments about people remembering Joan Rivers.

Fabolous went HAM on the the “cool a**es” doing the Ice Bucket Challenge…

One music mogul decided to join the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge this week…

Instead of taking an ice bucket to his head, music mogul Rick Rubin recently decided to up the ante on the challenge.

Rubin, known for his work with Kanye West, Beastie Boys, and Eminem, took the ALS challenge one step further, personally filling a tub with buckets (emphasis: MULTIPLE buckets) of ice before finally submerging himself in it. Rubin went on to nominate Frank Ocean, Owen Wilson, and Vincent Gallo. (Consequence of Sound)

Footage of rap star 50 Cent’s G-Unit joining the Ice Bucket Challenge landed online last month.

Look’s who doing the ice bucket challenge now. After 50 Cent accepted the challenge by Ludacris and Bow Wow, G-Unit (Young Buck, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo) decide to join in on the fun. All together, the group nominated each other, as well as Lil Boosie, Angie Martinez, DJ Drama, Cosmic Kev and BIGVON. (XXL Mag)

    • No it wasn’t, he’s a mainstream leech who would’ve shouted her out if she had been black.

      • So being mainstream is shouting out a dead person because they’re black? Smh. YOU ARE EXACTLY the person he is talking about.

      • Or who would have shouted her out if it was 10 years ago. He’s exactly who he calls himself calling out. He’s wack as fuck and always has been.

        • so he’s right all these mfers were dissing joan rivers only a few weeks ago cuz she wrote that book calling obama gay and everybody was on her ass now that she dead everybody pretend that she was their hero this world fake as fuck

  1. Follow? Like you switched ur style up and followed the mainstream and watered down ur sound?

    • Preach. Fabolous lecturing about being a follower is like Trinidad James preaching about NY not being able to make quality music. He made a whole Mixtape with a southern sound, even used autotune at 1 point

      • you’re a fucking idiot. he only switched up his style on south beats, because that’s the whole point

        • LOL Low IQ niggas always manage to cross my path. You know why he rapped on South beats? Because he requested to rap on South beats. You know why he requested to rap on South beats, because Southern music was trendy. You just went full retard with your attempt to sound logical. He made a whole mixtape full of South sounding tracks.

      • Not really, there’s a difference between following trends just because you want to be found ‘cool’, or adapting into the music industry to still be in the game and make money (probably a priority as well, can’t deny that), but he still keeps his own style and visions. It may change his music partily, but not him. It’s a total different thing and thus your comparison is invalid really… both have total different motives.

        • Invalid my ass, he’s a NY rapper making south tracks because thats whats hot right now. The ice bucket challenge is what’s hot right now. Doesn’t take a genius to see the link between the 2. “do what everybody else think is cool so that’s what ima do.” Just like the autotune phenomenon, which he also took part in. “He keeps his own style” No, south music is not his style. “It may change his music partially*, but not him” Ice bucket challenges or saying RIP to someone doesn’t change you at all, so that response was invalid as hell.

  2. Like him wearing that Big gold chain ain’t being a follower? Or throwing stacks of $1 bill in the strip club ain’t being a follower.

    • Or like he doesn’t sound lame as fuck dissin’ people for sending condolences about a person dying or being involved in a charity gimmick. How about he worry about when he was all mixed up in the gimmicks in hip hop that’s led to this shit because Fab, your era 10 years ago wasn’t all that, homie.

  3. Shut up Fab. I was a fan. But you too inconsistant with your career. You have the talent but are too lazy

  4. LUV U Fab you really do make a valid point! but dont act like we dont hear that Drake flow (follow cause people think its cool and like it) you been using lately…..or did you just forget to use “we” in your tweets?
