Fabolous Reveals Internet Strategy, “I’m Not A Fan Of Exploiting Sh*t For No Reason”

Fabolous has confirmed plans to release his “My Fabolous Life” website allowing fans the opportunity to see the behind-the-scenes action of the rapper.

Unlike other sites, Fab promises to have firm control over the content.

“I’m definitely going to do some blogs on the site,” he said in an interview. “I’ve really held back my internet presence just for the involvement in this site. For people who like to go on and see blogs and the entertainment that I bring, I really saved that for my actual website.” (Rap Radar)

While the site has yet to officially launch, the rapper claims the wait is due to additional footage being prepared.

“As a bonus to my site being brand new, it’ll also have footage of all kinds of stuff that I’ve been involved in. So basically we’ve just been holding it until we found something tasteful that we could put it out for because I’m not a big fan of just exploiting sh*t for no reason, but now we have a reason.” (Hip Hop Stan)

Loso’s online presence has begun to grow through his usage of Twitter.

“Just finished show at Apollo,” Fab recently wrote unmodified. “New York showed a lot of love!! Thanks to everyone who came out and f*cked with ya boy!! Nice…@ Dream MySpace party in Los Angeles..Did ‘Rockin That Thang Like’..Kanye [West] came out for ‘Walkin on the Moon.'” (Fabolous’ Twitter)

Along with his forthcoming site, Fab is also gearing up for the release of Loso’s Way.

“April, Loso’s Way, late April,” he said in an interview. “I’m about to get on Twitter…I got a site coming, it’s called MyFabolousLife.com…Late April, if not, the very last week of April, then the first week of May. The waiting is good ’cause that means they want something. There’s a lot of n*ggas they ain’t waitin’ for, they just coming…I’m one of the dudes that I feel like they waitin’ for me to come and it’s good. I can come out in two years…End of April, top of May, I swear to God.” (Best of Both Offices)
