"Love & Hip Hop" star Emily B has calmed fans' desires to witness a brawl between her and co-star Kimbella after an ugly fight took place on the show's premiere earlier this month.

Despite Kimbella’s recent admission to dating hip-hop star Fabolous while she was pregnant with his child, Emily B said she has no real beef with the model.

“She’s that kind of girl. Ugh, I don’t even want to go into that. I will say this, I have no hard feelings against Kimbella. We don’t have no beef. At this point, this far along, she’s doing her thing and I understand. It is what it is,” Emily said in an interview. “It wasn’t the time or the place. She had to go into those meetings and say that to those producers in order for them to get the information. She knew what she was doing. It’s whatever. Personally, I would have taken that to the grave. I never would have thought that she would want to say that on national T.V., especially when your man works with him and that is his colleague. But, everybody’s different. That was her decision and I guess she felt like she had to get it off of her chest or whatever, but it didn’t play off well in the situation.” (Global Grind)

Around mid-November, Emily described how intense Chrissy and Kimbella’s televised fight really was.

“The fight was crazy, it was out of control and there were definitely punches landed. It was insane. We really didn’t know it was going to happen. It was out of nowhere. It was a crazy moment. I don’t condone violence and I never wanted Chrissy to fight anybody, but I do understand that there was a lot of emotion in that room,” Emily said in an interview. “She took it personal what [Kimbella] was saying, so it kind of turned from a conversation between me and her to her and Chrissy. It was crazy. [Kimbella] was on the floor, her contacts came out of her eyes, she was completely without clothes on the floor. She was laying out naked on the floor. Her dress went up to her neck. It was so insane and that’s just a little bit of it. So, when I seen the scene [with Kimbella] saying, ‘I’m still pretty,’ I was like, ‘Oh my God.'” (XXL Mag)

Chrissy has since said she regretted her actions, but felt it was necessary to defend Emily.

The explosive confrontation took place during a party hosted by Emily Bustamente, as she celebrated the end of her nine-year relationship with Fabolous. In a reality show moment that seemed to be void of reasoning, Kimbella announced–in front of the entire room–that she dated Fabolous while Emily B was pregnant with his son. Although Emily remained calm after hearing the news, Chrissy quickly lost her cool and things soon spiraled out of control. “I think everybody that watches the show feels like Emily doesn’t defend herself the way we would like to see her do,” she explained. “I don’t regret my feelings, but I regret the way I allowed myself to be pulled out of character. It’s just that I was so hurt and so caught in the moment — it was just reactional.” (RapFix)

The fight also caught Houston rapper Slim Thug‘s eyes who told SOHH he hoped all parties involved came to terms with one another.

“Yeah man, I checked that out, I like that type of sh*t,” Slim Thug told SOHH referring to “Love & Hip Hop.” “I did see that fight, man. That was crazy, man, to see them go at it like that. I hope they can squash the beef because [Jim Jones and Juelz Santana] are two home boys and they’re gonna have to be around each other. I hope they can squash that and move on.” (SOHH)
