Nathan “Kane” Mathers, the brother of Eminem, was reportedly charged with drunken driving Wednesday (April 15) after being arrested in Michigan.
Kane, who is also an independent rapper, was busted driving around his home state early yesterday.

Police were reportedly tipped off by the smell of alcohol in the vehicle.
When cops approached the car, officers say they “immediately smelled intoxicants.” Mathers was given a field sobriety test — which he failed — and was immediately arrested. (TMZ)
Despite the seriousness behind his arrest, local authorities said Mathers followed orders.
“He was very cooperative and did not cause our deputies any problems during the arrest process,” said Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel. (Macomb Daily)
Posting $10,00 bail, the rapper was released shortly afterwards.
Mathers failed to pull over for an ambulance and later failed sobriety tests. They say his blood-alcohol level was 0.16 percent, twice the 0.08 percent legal limit. He was released on personal bond and will be back in district court in Shelby Township on May 7. Nathan Mathers, who raps as Nathan Kane, is the brother of Marshall Mathers, better known as Eminem.
