Based on an excerpt from his feature, Em showers the self-proclaimed “King of New York” with accolades.

“What he’s doing right now, it’s pretty f*cking incredible,” Eminem says of Lamar, sounding genuinely excited. “He seems like this kid that’s just full of life and happy to be here. The impact he’s had over just the last couple of years. it’s been really fun for me to watch.” (Billboard)

Em and Lamar’s new “Love Game” premiered online this week.

Eminem enlisted celebrated rapper Kendrick Lamar for his new song “Love Game,” a cut off of his upcoming album, “The Marshall Mathers LP 2.” The collaboration has Eminem rapping about his relationships with women before Kendrick lays down a hook, crooning, “She doesn’t love me, no she don’t love me no more / She hates my company, yeah she don’t love me no more / I tried to get her up out of my head as my bags hit the door / She screamed she loves me like she never did before.” (Huffington Post)

Back in September, rap star Kanye West boasted about his admiration for Lamar.

“[The upcoming tour with Kendrick?] Yeah, it’s one hundred percent, it’s one hundred percent. I’m just looking forward to the opportunity to speak to this brother as much as possible. That, those conversations are going to be more than I even said right here. Because he’s one of our future messengers. You know? And I’m going to give him those jewels.” (BBC Radio 1)

According to reports, Slim Shady has recruited Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Action Bronson and more for a handful of upcoming Australian performance dates.

Eminem is reportedly set to announce plans for live shows Australia with Kendrick Lamar, J.Cole, Chance The Rapper and Action Bronson, on what is sure to be one of the most controversial, offensive and ego-packed tours of 2014. Bring it on. As yet, only one live show has been announced for the tour – taking place on 20 February 2014 at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium (as reported by Hip-Hop Australia), but sources down under fully expect more shows to be announced in the coming weeks.
