Eighties Nation Protégé Tee Stunna Tells Us Why He’s Gettin’ It “Early In The Morning” [Video]

[SOHH highlights a hot record every week and offers a behind-the-scenes look at the smash in Singled Out. After Banknote Mitch decoded his “My Partner” anthem, Atlanta rapper Tee Stunna dissects his “Early In The Morning” music video.]

I was in the studio and I was with one of my homeboys, just laughing and joking and then we realized it was about 7:30, we had spent the night in the studio.

My other homeboy Chriz Beatz played this banging beat and I was just freestyling and saying “Early in the morning,” and I came up with it. I just came up with it.

We put some lyrics in-between the ‘Early in the morning,’ and we dropped it. Chriz Beatz was like, “Do that with some auto-tune!” We went in there and dropped that, real quick.

I had my verses too in just a few minutes and the song was completed.

With all the feedback on that song that everybody was telling me, I knew I had to do a video. I knew I had to do some kind of visual to it.
