Drock Targets Waka Flocka After Amanda Bynes Diss: “He’s A Clown. This Is Going To Be So Easy”

With a new anti-Amanda Bynes “Sour Patch Kid” release buzzing across the Internet, SOHH reached out to Chinga Chang Records’ newest artist Drock to learn more about the unexpected diss.

Drock said he amazed himself at the instant reaction to his Bynes-targeted track and revealed his next target will be her hip-hop pal Waka Flocka Flame.

“I’m signed to Chinga Chang Records and I’m dropping an album on September 11 called The American Dream. I just put a song out and I got 150,000 downloads in one day. That was just the track where I spoke about the Amanda Bynes situation,” Drock told SOHH. “I didn’t even come at her but I’m about to drop some sh*t coming at Waka Flocka. I don’t give a f*ck about him really because he basically tried to steal [Chinga Chang Records CEO Daniel Herman‘s] idea but that sh*t ain’t going to last that long. I’ve got some heat for his a**.” (SOHH)

Despite having an album dropping in September and potentially alienating an Atlanta fan base by going after Waka, the Philadelphia rapper said he has no concerns.

“‘Sour Patch’ did 150,000 in one day so I’m probably going to drop the Waka Flocka record in the next week. He’s a clown. This is going to be so easy,” Drock added. “I’m a true lyricist and he’s just a clown, a muppet. That’s his name right, he’s a muppet. At this point, I don’t give a f*ck. I’m not doing this for my fans. I love my fans and if you’re not my fan, hopefully you’ll listen to my music and you’ll become a fan. I’m doing this for a reason, for art, for the culture of hip-hop music and what I feel is moving. People like Kendrick Lamar, I love his music but people like Waka Flocka, he’s doing nothing to better the music, so I don’t give a f*ck about him. He’s setting hip-hop back another 10, 15 years. He’s a f*cking hype man. Even his man Gucci said he’s not loyal. F*ck him, I don’t give a f*ck.” (SOHH)

On the “Sour Patch Kid” track, Drock makes multiple references to Amanda’s publicized actions like dissing fellow television actress Miley Cyrus.

Drock recorded a YouTube that explained his song and he addressed the former Nickelodeon star saying, “You didn’t event show up [for the Wyclef meeting]. That’s disrespectful … He’s a legend.” The rapper then blasts Amanda saying, “You are running around with some knuckleheads calling Miley Cyrus ugly and sh*t — she’s better than you. At least she’s confident. You running around getting all these surgeries – you have self esteem issues … you need a shrink.” The song has lyrics that address those issues: “She a bop beefin’ over a chick” is referring to how she is bullying Miley Cyrus, Herman tells us. ” Rip pounds … .sweetie go insane, then blow your brain, we know the game, about.change not fame” is referring to her seeking fame and drugs not making good music, adds Herman. Last week, Atlanta’s Waka Flocka Flame revealed his new working relationship with the 27-year-old actress.

Forget Wyclef Jean … Amanda Bynes is hashing out a record deal with rapper Waka Flocka Flame for her upcoming hip hop album — and Waka tells TMZ, it’s going to be legendary. Waka — who runs Brick Squad Monopoly records — tells us, the deal hasn’t been signed yet but it’s basically in the bag … in fact, he’s already hired people to start penning Amanda’s songs. Waka says he and Amanda FaceTime at least once a week and text every day — mostly about her rap career … but also about motivational stuff, like “keeping her head up from the haters.” (TMZ)
