West Coast hip-hop giant Dr. Dre is ready to add a few extra million to the multi-billion he already has following a Beats Electronics sale by listing a California home up for grabs with a price tag of $35 million. #CashIn
According to reports, the Doc’s decked-out home is ready to be purchased by interested buyers.
Dr. Dre has popped his Hollywood Hills West home on the market at $35 million. The contemporary estate he just listed has 9,696 square feet of living space and includes a library/media room, a den, a wine cellar, six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. There’s a guesthouse and a swimming pool on the three-quarter-acre lot, which has 300-degree views of the city, mountains and ocean. (Los Angeles Times)
After mounted speculation, the Doc finally cashed-in on his newest Cali dream home a few weeks ago.
The sale of the Brentwood, Calif., mansion for $40 million, which was first reported in May, became official Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles Times. The New England Patriots quarterback and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, purchased the property for $11.75 million in 2008 and built the 18,298-square-foot home — which includes such amenities as a gym, a sauna, a pool and seven fireplaces — over the ensuing four years. Details of the Doc’s interest and potential purchase of the home surfaced online in early May.

Tom and Gisele were offering the house fully furnished … but sources tell us Dre has his own stuff he wants to put in the house — and has chosen to pass on all of the stuff the Bradys spent years collecting from various trips around the world.
