According to reports, the Doc’s Hollywood Hills West home is now up for grabs.
The contemporary estate he just listed has 9,696 square feet of living space including a library/media room, a den, a wine cellar, six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. There’s a guest house and a swimming pool on the three-quarter-acre lot, which has 300-degree views of the city, mountains and ocean. No doubt he’s selling because he recently dropped $40 million on the Brentwood estate of Gisele Bundchen, supermodel and actress, and her husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. After weeks of speculation, the Doc finally cashed-in on his new Cali dream home a few weeks ago.
The sale of the Brentwood, Calif., mansion for $40 million, which was first reported in May, became official Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles Times. The New England Patriots quarterback and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, purchased the property for $11.75 million in 2008 and built the 18,298-square-foot home — which includes such amenities as a gym, a sauna, a pool and seven fireplaces — over the ensuing four years. Details of the Doc’s interest and potential purchase of the home surfaced online in early May.

Tom and Gisele were offering the house fully furnished … but sources tell us Dre has his own stuff he wants to put in the house — and has chosen to pass on all of the stuff the Bradys spent years collecting from various trips around the world.
