Incarcerated rapper DMX pleaded guilty today (December 30) to four counts of felony charges in Arizona.
According to Associated Press, the troubled rap star reached a plea deal agreement that will allow him to accept a guilty plea on one count of animal cruelty, one count of theft and one count of felony possession of marijuana and a narcotic drug.
With the new arrangement, X will return to court next month to face sentencing but will now have all additional charges dismissed.
The former Ruff Ryders frontman was arrested at producer Scott Storch‘s residence in Palm Island after a warrant was issued. X originally missed an Arizona court appearance. He is currently due back in court for a sentencing hearing on January 30, 2009.
