Former Ruff Ryders leader DMX is back on the streets just a week after landing in a hospital bed following a nasty four-wheeler crash in South Carolina.
Even after having received stitches from the accident, X is once again hitting the pavement.
That didn’t take long … just days after DMX flipped his ATV and was hospitalized, he returned to the scene of the crash to finish what he started … by popping some wheelies — and TMZ got it all on tape. X tells TMZ … he felt COMPELLED to get back on his 4-wheeler just 4 days after he was released from the hospital … despite suffering a major concussion and numerous stitches from his last ride. X says, “S**t happens, you know what I mean. Hopefully it don’t happen again … but I am a Ruff Ryder.” It’s clear from the footage (taken in front of X’s South Carolina pad) … X isn’t scared to take that first joy-ride, saying “You gotta get back on that mother f-er … try it again.” Fun Fact: X was riding with the stitches on his melon still intact … those won’t be removed until July 21. A few days ago, the rap veteran received stitches on his head.
Following an ATV crash over the weekend, DMX showed off the extent of his injuries on Monday (July 16): a few stitches. The 41-year-old rapper was hospitalized with a concussion on Sunday (July 15), after flipping his four-wheeler while riding down a hill outside his South Carolina home. The rapper required three stitches to close up a gash on the top of his head. (Baller Status)
X kept fans updated with his condition and confirmed the messy crash over Twitter.
“IM GOOD ! http://instagr.am/p/NEcsq9ShK8/,” he tweeted July 14th.
“FLIPPED MY F*CKN FOUR WHEELER OVER !” (DMX’s Twitter)
Reports of the rapper’s misfortune emerged online last weekend.
DMX had quite the rough ride early this morning … when he lost control of the four-wheeler he was riding and ended up in the hospital with a concussion. X tells TMZ he was riding outside his home in South Carolina when he crashed while riding down a hill. He says he flipped over and, lucky for him, landed right on his ass. The rapper says he doesn’t remember much, other than the lights from the ambulance, and he doesn’t know when he will be released. (TMZ)
