Miami producer DJ Khaled is putting his new Apple Music deal on full throttle by announcing plans to have hip-hop mogul Nas appear on his new radio show this week.
Khaled broke the big news to fans on Instagram late last night (February 8).
Footage of Khaled hinting at a quick follow-up to Atlanta rapper Future’s EVOL album existing surfaced online this week.
Future’s new solo effort is expected to easily sell over 100,000 copies in its opening week.
A few days ago, music mogul L.A. Reid spoke on his respect for Future’s talent.
“I think I might have said that you need a lyric sheet. But it’s a feeling. That’s soul music, what Future is doing. That’s soul music. It’s a different version of it but that’s soul music. That’s not traditional rap. Right? And that’s what you’re saying? But then that would be judging him by a bar. You have to judge artists by who they are.” (“The Breakfast Club”)
