Music mogul Damon “Dame” Dash has reportedly lost custody of his daughters after a judge ruled in favor of his ex-wife Rachel Roy this week.
According to reports, Roy will now have custody of six-year-old daughter Tallulah and fifteen-year-old Ava.
The former couple each accused the other of being an unfit parent. He claimed she drove drunk with one of the girls, and threatened to cut him with a knife. She claimed he smokes weed around the kids. She said all the women and drugs were a bad influence on their daughters. The judge clearly sided with Rachel, ruling Dash only gets supervised visitation. Roy also got a three-year restraining order against Dash. (TMZ)
Dame posted up a shot of himself at a courthouse earlier this month and talked about the feud.

Damon, who divorced Roy in 2009, has claimed she is using their children as a ploy.
Damon says she’s using the kids as pawns and this is some kind of power play on his ex’s part, but he’s not specific as to what he believes she wants from him. He posted video showing the LAPD waiting for him last week, saying this is all just harassment on her part. Roy makes other claims as well in her docs, saying Dash kidnapped their daughter from a nail salon. He says she’s ridiculous because he’s her dad and it’s not kidnapping. (TMZ)
