D12's Bizarre is known for his witty comedic antics which are ever so evident in his new obsession-like music video, "Hey Nicki," directed toward Young Money's Nicki Minaj.
In the video, fans see the overweight D12 member showcasing his love for Minaj.
In the clip, the zany rapper flips Toni Basil’s classic video ‘Hey Mickey’ into his own “Stan”-like version called ‘Hey Nicki.” The green-wigged Bizarre raps about his love for Nicki as he gazes at posters of her on his wall. “Everyday, I think about what she’s wearin’ / When the TV come on / I can’t stop starin’,” he raps. The video then segues to Bizarre and his maniacal cronies crashing a fictional wedding between Drake and Minaj look-a-likes. (Pop Crush)
On the record, Biz also addresses the speculated romantic bond between Nicki and Young Money labelmate Drake.
The video takes stalker one step further and finds the overweight lover adopting Nicki’s wacky wig look and fawning over a collage of magazine pictorials. It even features a Minaj look-a-like preparing to marry a guy that resembles one of her most well-known Young Money cohorts. “It’s the end of the world, it’s almost Armageddon,” he raps. “If you and Drake get married, I’m f–king up the wedding.” (RapFix)
A couple weeks ago, Drizzy admitted his true love rests with the lady rhyme spitter.
“If there’s any woman in my life that’s the ideal woman for me, it’s definitely Nicki,” said Drake. “I like the stripped-down Nicki. I like Nicki with no makeup, black hair, some casual clothes in a recording booth rapping an amazing verse. That’s sexy to me.” He added, “I know some great women, but all jokes aside, Nicki is somebody I could spend my life with because I think we understand each other.” (The Daily Beast)
