G.O.O.D. Music's Common recently offered his take on the publicized bond between couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian and said the pair appear to be perfect matches.
Although brief on the topic, Common said the fellow Chicago-bred emcee looks like he is in love.
“Oh man, they are great — they are a great match,” said Common, one of Kanye’s best pals and musical partners, when asked about the famous romance during the Season 2 premiere of AMC’s Hell On Wheels. So what makes Kimye a match made in reality star-rapper heaven? Their love, of course. “Love is the biggest key to a good match,” he said. “I think they have that.” (Wet Paint)
Back in May, G.O.O.D. Music’s Big Sean spoke on KimYe and defended Kardashian’s image.
“I was trying to see if there were any more of them,” Sean jokingly said when asked if he is romantically linked to any Kardashian family member. “All of them are nice, too. None of them are a**holes. None of them have egos. Everybody cool, man. It’s just like, I think they’re people who really took advantage of their situation, of their popularity and made it into an empire. They’re rich, they’re role models, they do positive things, they’re living their life. You gotta give big ups to them for that. Straight up.” (Hot 97)
Last weekend, Mr. West and Kim flaunted their bond in New York City.
Kanye West and his girlfriend Kim Kardashian are continuing their very public romance. The two were spotted in NYC this weekend after a few weeks of globetrotting. The YBF reports that the lovey dovey pair took in “The Book of Mormon” on Broadway this weekend. Kim then tweeted several photos of her and her boo’s matching gold jewelry. One photo was captioned “His and Hers” showing the pair clinking champagne while the other, “Golden”showed their mutual penchant for big bling. (RapFix)
In June, the reality star explained her connection to the platinum-selling rapper.
“We met maybe almost a decade ago, I’ve known him for a really long time, we’ve been friends for like six or seven years, so it’s very comforting to have someone that knows everything about you that respects you, understands, has gone through similar things,” Kim said. “I can really relate to his mother passing, he can really relate to my father passing. I mean, there’s so many similarities in our life that I feel like I’m at a really happy, good space.” (MTV)
