R&B superstar Chris Brown's mother, Joyce Hawkins, has shared her reaction to the singer's nude photo leaking across the Internet last March.
According to Joyce, Brown believes he knows who is responsible for leaking his manhood.
“As young people we do crazy things sometimes like, ‘What in the world?,’ but not never would he have…I…no, Chris’ personality [he] never would have sent something [like that].[…]He felt kind of emabarrassed, because I hit him [up] directly afterwards and he said, ‘Mom, I pretty much know who did it,’ such and such and such and such, but it’s like, you don’t do that. People either want to make you look bad, or want a check. One or the other, so it’s like, you don’t do that.[…]”I guess it was somebody he probably had known for a while that may have been upset with him for a certain reason, maybe he doesn’t talk to them anymore.” (Sister 2 Sister)
In mid-March, Brown broke his silence and addressed the nude photo hype.
On-air personality Big Boy had Chris Brown turning red during his visit to Power 106’s “Big Boy’s Neighborhood,” where he addressed his naked picture controversy. When confronted with questions about the origins of the leaked image, the blond singer let his laughter do most of the talking. “I have nothing to say,” said a bashful Breezy, giggling while clarifying who the pic was for. “Definitely a girl, definitely a girl. It was an out-the-shower shot. […] I’m comfortable with my body, I don’t care about all of that.” He explained how he first found out that the revealing shot had hit the net. “I was just on my video game, playing a video game, and I was looking at Twitter and was like yeah!” he continued. In a separate radio interview, Brown hung up the phone when asked about his photo.
Felisha Monet interviewed Chris Brown on 99 Jamz recently and supposedly got hung up on for asking a question about some recent x-rated photos of his that leaked. It kinda sounds more like they edited that question in after the fact or asked the question after he hung up. Plus, he was casually talking about the photos in another interview. (The 305)

Chris Brown leaked photos are nothing new. But in this case, the Chris Brown leaked photos are in a far different context. Once again, a celebrity has taken a nude picture of himself and wrongfully thought that it would stay private. In this case, an ex-girlfriend found the image and posted it on the Internet. It was posted as part of a video, hosted by World Star Uncut. The photos are recent since they show him with his new dyed blonde hair. He is posing naked in the bathroom, likely as part of a “sexting” session. However, one of his ex-girlfriends took the image and exposed him to the online world. (Associated Content)
