R&B singer Chris Brown may be thinking clearer with Rihanna spending more time with Drake these days and has reportedly sought out legal action against a California nightclub.
Details of Chris Breezy wanting a nightclub to refrain from paying an alleged victim he attacked have surfaced online.
Chris Brown claims an Orange County nightclub is hanging him out to dry by settling up with a woman who sued both Chris and the club … claiming Chris brutalized her after his performance. It’s a weird lawsuit … Deanna Gines claims as Chris was leaving Heat Ultralounge last June in Anaheim, he bulldozed through her path, knocking her to the ground and injuring her leg. Chris calls BS on her story, and frankly he’s got a point. In the surveillance video, she limps on one leg and when she appeared on TMZ Live she had a cast on the other leg. (TMZ)
According to reports, Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran is also standing by his side.
Nonetheless … Heat Ultralounge settled with Deanna for $15K, which means the only defendant left in the suit is Chris. Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, thinks the settlement is grossly unfair to his client, because it will leave Brown holding the bag. So Geragos has filed documents asking the judge to block the settlement. Now this is true love … Karrueche filed a declaration standing by her man, saying that Chris never touched the broad. (TMZ)
Gines turned into an Internet sensation after publicly calling out Breezy in late June.
Apparently, things got a little confusing for Deanna Gines after she was allegedly shoved to the ground by Chris Brown at the Heat Ultra Lounge. The attention-seeking drunk girl reported that Chris injured her right leg… meanwhile, she was spotted being escorted out of the lounge limping on her left. Obviously, Deanna must have forgotten which leg was hurting her. Duh… (Heavy)
After the news broke out, Breezy stepped forward to deny the victim’s claims.
Brown, 24, denied the accusation on Twitter, saying he “didn’t do anything” and was sick of taking hits to his reputation. “The devil is always working. If it wasn’t for my faith and my fans, I would’ve quick music along time ago,” he tweeted Monday. “I’m tired of it man….!” (New York Daily News)
