R&B singer Chris Brown may be seeking medical help from a rehab facility but that's not stopping his legal team from going after a female trying to put a dent into his pockets.
According to reports, Chris Breezy’s attorney has filed a lawsuit against Deanna Gines months after she tried to accuse the singer of assaulting her.
Chris Brown is giving a woman accusing him of battery a choice: 1. She’s a complete liar seeking a payout 2. She’s trying to deflect blame for her humiliating drunken escapades Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, has filed a countersuit against Deanna Gines, the woman who sued Chris alleging Brown pushed her to the ground last June outside Heat Ultra Lounge in the O.C. She claims a ligament in her right knee was injured. In Brown’s defamation countersuit, obtained by TMZ, he notes Gines appeared on TMZ Live 2 days after the alleged incident, describing what she claims was an assault. (TMZ)
The music star’s suit also notes Gines was heavily intoxicated and likely lied about what all happened.
Brown’s lawsuit claims Gines was a lying liar on TMZ Live. He says the true facts are that Brown never had ANY contact with Gines. He was surrounded by security the entire night. Brown alleges Gines was “heavily intoxicated and falling over herself in a drunken stupor throughout the night.” He also says she was observed by witnesses screaming “F**K Y’ALL’ to club employees in a haphazard manner, while throwing her clothing at security. And, to add non-injury to insult, Brown says she was walking fine the entire night and got “confused” over which leg was supposedly injured. We interviewed Gines on TMZ Live. Gines turned into an Internet sensation after publicly calling out Breezy in late June.
Apparently, things got a little confusing for Deanna Gines after she was allegedly shoved to the ground by Chris Brown at the Heat Ultra Lounge. The attention-seeking drunk girl reported that Chris injured her right leg… meanwhile, she was spotted being escorted out of the lounge limping on her left. Obviously, Deanna must have forgotten which leg was hurting her. Duh… (Heavy)
After the news broke out, Breezy stepped forward to deny the victim’s claims.
Brown, 24, denied the accusation on Twitter, saying he “didn’t do anything” and was sick of taking hits to his reputation. “The devil is always working. If it wasn’t for my faith and my fans, I would’ve quick music along time ago,” he tweeted Monday. “I’m tired of it man….!” (New York Daily News)
