According to reports, Chris Breezy forced neighbors to call his Hawaii mansion’s owner after some noise complaints.

Chris Brown took his bad-neighbor ways on vacation … throwing a huge house party inside his rented Hawaiian mansion … and pissing off a slew of neighbors in the process. CB was in the Aloha state last week for a gig — plus some graffiti fun — and rented a sick pad in Honolulu. Check out the pics … we’re talkin’ 5,100 square feet, pool and spa for $2,450 per night. But CB didn’t start out the best tenant … sources connected to the situation tell us the first night Chris was in town he threw a giant shindig — and neighbors were so pissed they called the owner of the house to complain. The landlord took note, but didn’t give Chris the boot. Did we mention the $2,450/night? We’re told Chris and his entourage were at the house for a week and there were no further incidents. As we reported, right after Chris got back from Hawaii … his L.A. neighbors also complained about noise, but they called cops. (TMZ)

Over the holiday weekend, reports of police recently being called out to Chris Breezy’s Los Angeles house at an angry neighbor’s request surfaced.

Cops were called to Chris Brown’s L.A. house last week after his neighbors complained he was making too much noise … by talking too loud. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the non-emergency happened early Wednesday morning around 3 am. Cops responded after CB’s uptight neighbors complained that he and his friends were outside speaking at decibels above their comfort level. We’re told the boys in blue had a chat with Chris about the situation. Our sources say Chris was super cooperative and ushered everyone inside the house stat. (TMZ)

Back in July, Chris Breezy finally bowed down to his neighbors’ request and cleaned up some controversial graffiti.

Chris Brown is kissing his precious graffiti monsters goodbye, and while it looks like he lost the war to keep the”art” on his Hollywood Hills home — Chris is saying it’s coming down by his choice … TMZ has learned. As we previously reported … Chris has been fighting the city of L.A. since May over the graffiti he plastered on an exterior wall of the house — even claiming it’s protected by the 1st Amendment. After neighbors complained the images were a blight on the block … the city threatened to slap Chris with a heavy fine — but today workers slapped a fresh layer of paint on the concrete wall. (TMZ)

Despite giving in, Brown still faced fines if his fix did not satisfy local inspectors.

But sources close to Chris tell TMZ he remains defiant … and only covered up the painted creatures because he wanted to — NOT because of the city’s threats. Whatever the reason, the LA Building Department of Safety says if its inspectors are satisfied the graffiti is covered tomorrow … Chris will not be fined. It’s unclear if Chris plans to put up something new. So … case closed? (TMZ)
