According to reports, Chris Breezy has started making big bucks for his past mansions.

Real estate sources tell us … the HH home is in escrow … for $1.79 mil. We’re told he also just sold a penthouse condo in West Hollywood that’s been on the market for 2 years. Chris decided to sell the Hollywood Hills home after battling the city of L.A. and his neighbors over the brightly colored creatures he painted on his walls. He eventually covered it up. Chris bought the 3-BR crib for $1.5M in 2011 … with real estate fees, he’ll be lucky to break even. (TMZ)

Last week, Breezy raised eyebrows after hitting the studio with rappers Lil Boosie and Tyga.

A couple of flicks of Breezy in the studio popped up early Friday morning (June 13). First, Brown’s pal Tyga posted a pic of himself, Chris and Lil Boosie, who was also released from prison recently. The “Rack City” MC captioned the pic “#FanofaFan,” which may suggest that the trio may be working on a track to include on the follow-up to Tyga and Breezy’s 2010 Fan of a Fan mixtape. (MTV)

Recent reports suggested Chris Breezy could be back in a suit and tie for his publicized Washington, DC crime case in the next few weeks.

As TMZ first reported … despite his admission of violating his Rihanna probation, Brown maintains he didn’t specifically admit guilt in the D.C. assault case. But TMZ has obtained documents filed today by the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia … asking a judge to now make June 25 the start date for the trial … instead of just a status conference. The prosecutor disagrees with Brown’s assertion … and says his admission DOES count as an admission of guilt in this case, and therefore the trial should begin without any further delay. (TMZ)

The Los Angeles County Jail let Chris Breezy go just after midnight in early June.

Los Angeles Sheriff’s deputy Tony Moore told The Associated Press that Brown was released at 12:01 a.m. Monday, but he didn’t have any more details. Brown had been in custody since mid-March, when he was arrested after being expelled from a court-ordered rehab sentence for violating its rules. (AP)

The mega singer confirmed his release on Twitter and thanked a higher power in early June.

“Humbled and Blessed,” Brown tweeted June 2.
