Breezy provided a few tips Rice could consider in light of his headline-generating leaked elevator footage surfacing.

“I think it’s all about the choices you make,” Brown told MTV News’ Sway Calloway on Thursday (September 11). “With me, I deal with a lot of anger issues from my past – not knowing how to express myself verbally and at the same time not knowing how to cope with my emotions and deal with them and understand what they are.” (MTV)

Chris also revealed what help he receives right here…

Brown also dished on receiving professional help to handle his emotions.

“So I think help is great,” he added. “I still talk to my therapist twice a week, and it helps me to…if I’m frustrated and I’m dealing with something, to vent and say what I’m going through so I can hear from an actual clinical person, ‘this is how you should react,’ or ‘it’s good to feel this way because feelings, emotions, and energy are supposed to come and go. It’s not supposed to stay there, you’re not supposed to keep it inside, because it’ll bottle up and you’ll become a monster.'” (MTV)

Brown’s ex-girlfriend Rihanna’s “Run This Town” was nixed from last night’s “Thursday Night Football” broadcast.

The chairman of CBS Sports, which will simulcast the game, told Sports Illustrated that the broadcasters weren’t overreacting to the scandal over the NFL’s reaction to the Ray Rice incident. “We thought … we needed to have the appropriate tone and coverage,” Sean McManus said. “A lot of the production elements we wanted in the show are being eliminated because of time or tone.” (KSPR News)

Brown notoriously attacked Rihanna right before the Grammy Awards in 2009.

Rihanna was the victim of domestic violence in February 2009 when she was assaulted by her then-boyfriend, Chris Brown. After beating Rihanna with his fists, Brown entered a guilty plea to one felony count of assault and was sentenced to probation, counseling and community service. (CNN)
