Details of Chris Breezy’s sentence sprouted online Wednesday (November 20) following a court appearance.

A judge ordered Chris Brown on Wednesday to spend three months in rehab after reading a report that said a facility discharged the R&B singer because he threw a rock through his mother’s car window. Superior Court Judge James Brandlin also added additional rules for Brown in the coming months, requiring him to perform at least 24 hours of community labor a week and to submit to drug testing as he deals with anger management issues. Brown and his attorney agreed to the terms, which were suggested by probation officials who are overseeing Brown’s sentence for his 2009 beating of then-girlfriend Rihanna. (USA Today)

Reports also claim Brown underwent a period of depression before beginning a short rehab stint.

We just got hold of the probation report in the Rihanna case, which outlines what happened during his 13 days in a Malibu rehab joint for anger management counseling. According to the report, Chris’ mom showed up for a family session and was urging her son to stay in the facility for extended treatment. Apparently, Chris violently disagreed with her and in a fit of anger threw a rock through her car window, shattering it. The report goes on to say without continued therapy and a strong recovery support network, Probation says his prognosis is “very guarded.” And here’s an interesting detail from the report: before Chris entered rehab on October 29th, he says he had issues with Attention Deficit Disorder and also underwent a period of depression. Earlier this month, buzz about Chris Breezy seeking out an alternative way to continue his rehab stint bubbled online.

For Chris Brown, a little more than two weeks in inpatient rehab was just about right, it appears. The R&B singer, who entered a rehab facility in Malibu at the end of October, allegedly for anger-management issues, is now out and completing his course of treatment on an outpatient basis, his rep told Pop & Hiss on Thursday. Brown is also completing his court-ordered community service (which grew by 1,000 hours back in August after prosecutors alleged that he did not properly report previous hours served) in Los Angeles instead of his home state of Virginia, the rep said. Brown has until Aug. 25 to knock off the 125 days of work. (Los Angeles Times)

Recent reports revealed Chris Breezy and his attorney met with the Los Angeles County Department of Probation in early November to discuss his condition.

Chris Brown met with his probation officer Friday, and he squarely acknowledged he has a BIG problem with his temper … TMZ has learned. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Brown and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, went to the L.A. County Dept. of Probation Friday afternoon and had an hour-long chit-chat with his new probation officer. It’s unclear to us why a new officer was assigned. We’re told Brown did not talk about allegedly throwing a punch at a guy in D.C. last Sunday. He did talk a lot about his current stint at a Malibu rehab joint, and the treatment he’s receiving. We’re told that treatment includes a heavy dose of psychological counseling. As TMZ first reported … Brown could be in the rehab facility for as long as 90 days. (TMZ)
