R&B singer Chris Brown has reportedly responded to music mogul Marion “Suge” Knight after being sued for a near-fatal 2014 nightclub shooting.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, Chris Breezy addressed the headline-generating viral lawsuit.
Yesterday (June 27) reports claimed Knight sued Brown for getting him shot.
According to the docs, Knight says Brown and 1 OAK Nightclub should have had better security in August 2014 when Suge was shot multiple times inside the club. He was hit in the abdomen, chest, and left forearm. Suge, who’s currently in jail awaiting trial for murder, calls out Brown in the suit … for being a “known gang associate” with a history of hosting events where violent incidents happened. (TMZ)
Back in August 2014, Chris hopped onto his Twitter page to address the shooting.
“It’s disappointing that we as a society can’t have fun or enjoy ourselves without any altercations sometimes. Miss me with the bullsh*t!!!,” Brown tweeted August 24 night. (Chris Brown’s Twitter)
Past reports claimed the near-fatal shooting went down following Suge’s conversation with Brown.
“It was organized chaos, Suge was shot right after talking to Chris Brown,” described a source to Page Six. Sources close to the club tell us that around 1:35 a.m., shots rang out in the club. “People said it sounded like firecrackers,” we’re told. Another source added, “The music was on, then they shut the music off, then the music came back on because everyone thought it was fireworks. (Page Six)
