Controversial rapper Charles Hamilton has reignited his lyrical battle with Serius Jones by randomly testing his previous opponent's skills during a recent Harlem barbershop encounter.
Kicking off the battle, Hamilton taunted Jones by calling him a gay rapper.
“To all those who click play, listen to the big day where this 6’2 big gay n*gga finally meets his sensei,” Hamilton raps in a barbershop. “And I’m sure he’s starting to since he wrote this/I’m way PO’d, poetic, this n*gga ain’t wavy, and he knows it/I’m f*cking up words, I’m so close to having to jump this n*gga/And choke him, it’s hopeless/He can be shaving his beard, the most gangster of queers, somehow we accept him in our neighborhood, here…” (YouTube)
Laughing as he listened to Hamilton’s freestyle, chair, Serius accepted Hamilton’s challenge.
“This is how it goes it,” Serius replied back. “Run up on Jones’ sh*t/Up in the barbershop while I’m getting a haircut looking homeless/Why put the camera on me, you know it’s murder/We on 135th, I saw him walking with his social worker/I got the spirit in me, Hello Kittyl/Look at this n*gga’s hat, Hello Kitty…” (YouTube)
Following the footage’s release onto the Internet, Serius expressed strong feelings about the duel via Twitter.
“BE GLAD I LOVE “HIP HOP” SH*T, CUZ I COULDVE JUST BEAT THAT LIL N*GGA THE F*CK UP THEN YALL WOULDA REALLY BEEN MAD @ ME!!,” he tweeted Friday (November 12).

Jones is known for being a high caliber battle emcee.
Serius Jones (born Samuel Isiah Jones in Englewood, New Jersey on May 3, 1982) is a rapper who is mostly known for his freestyle battles. Jones won 12 consecutive battles at New York’s Monday Night Fight Klub before facing and beating Jin tha Emcee who when battled by Jones was the Fight Klub King. His most known battles are Jones vs. Jin, Jones vs. Big Ace, which both appeared on MTV 2’s Fight Klub, and also Jones vs. Murda Mook which appeared on a SMACK DVD, and is also posted on YouTube.
