Chicago’s Chance The Rapper has come forward to bash director Spike Lee over his new Chi-Raq movie on social media.

Chance took to his Twitter page Friday (December 4) and went at Spike for his new movie’s fictional solution to solving Chicago’s violence.

Spike recently defended his movie amongst criticism coming from people over its title and content.

“I have students who make feature films on their iPhones,” Lee said. “So, all these people talking smack, you can make a film. You can make your own film.” (Chicago Tribune)

  1. Chi has big problems i dont think a movie can do more harm then the lil.s durk ..reese etc.also lets not forget the mom that lost her son and cared more about retail than justice…to that dad if u gonna go g code with the cops dont ask the people for help with finance….gangsta dont beg….

So know you have to be from somewhere to make a movie about it?..FOH…When did those rules began?…I am from Chicago…have left several people to violence (including my best friends brother who’s parents were in the film). So, off with that nonsense! Speak for yourself CHANCE the slacker..I am plenty others in my circle are supporting this film!…..YOU DONT SPEAK FOR CHICAGO!
