Writing via Twitter, “The Hustler” flatly denied the claims and said the alleged victim is likely a jealous fan spreading false rumors.

“Stopactinstupid! I don’t even know that lil girl.. I just took a pic being nice.. I only f*ck pretty girls 10’s, and I still don’t go raw..,” he wrote this week. “I’m sick wit but not like that! The b*tch probably just mad she not my type..lol.. I’m perfectly healthy, so it can’t be true…RT @LovePorscha @CASSIDY_LARSINY dont sweat that HIV crap, that story dont even make sense… a distant pic dont mean sh*t, nice try b*tch!!” (Cassidy’s Twitter)

Earlier this week, a woman posted a story about how she allegdly contracted the virus from Cass.

“I have some important information about the rapper Cassidy that girls need to know,” she penned. “I met cassidy some time last summer at a concert he was doing in Philly. After the concert he invited me and my friends to play pool with him and his friends then we chilled at one of his homeboys house. The pictures are from this day we met. He wasnt anything less then a gentlemen that day so we exchanged numbers. We talked for a few months and saw each other when ever we could. It was usually at my apartment in Philly. A couple times I drove up and we met at a hotel in Hacknsack NJ. I was never able to go to his house because his babys mother and kids were there. The very 1st time we had sex he didn’t want to use a condom but I insisted. After a while we built up trust and he convinced me not to use one. The BIGGEST mistake of my life. I learned I contacted HIV from him.” (Global Grind)

Although Cass has denied the accusations, artists like Ludacris and Jamie Foxx have joined AIDS awareness campaigns as of late.

Hollywood actor Jamie Foxx and rapper Ludacris have joined a campaign to raise awareness about AIDS and will use Facebook and Twitter pages to spread the message. The duo are taking part in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s ‘I Know Campaign’, which uses social networking sites to convince African-Americans aged 18 to 24 to discuss the disease. Last month, the Philly emcee denied rumors of being romantically linked to model Amber Rose.

“Nah, that’s my homie, you know what I’m saying,” Cassidy explained in an interview referring to Amber Rose. “She’s from Philly, we knew each other back in the day, actually, when I seen her she was bringing up things in the past that I forgot about because she probably looked a little bit different and things like that. We was at a softball game together, people might have seen that and took it to the next level and said I was smashing her. Like, I got a family, I got a situation, she probably got a situation with Kanye. Kanye was showing me love since the beginning of my career.” (This Is 50)

    • Really ? What if you’re not from the city but you moved there when you were 2, or 10, or 15 and then lived there for an extended period of time ? Would you be able to relate then ? (sarcasm) What if your cousin was from there and you lived there during the summer and also for two years during middle school when child welfare said you couldn’t live with your mom anymore ? Would you relate to it then ? (more sarcasm) Also, lets talk proximity. What if you’re not from the city but you live on the very next street which happens to be past city limits but you work in the city and go there everyday even though you aren’t technically from there ? Would you relate then ? (extreme sarcasm)

    • im from Pasadena. i lived in nyc for a couple years as a kid, and been out there doing business. ur city is lame and weak. get a life papo. mexicans run ur city now.

    • your from Pasadena and think Mexicans run NY. lol. For the record, PR and Dominicans run NY. Mexicans are growing though. They starting to take over Spanish Harlem, slowly but they are getting there.

    • What if you killed your self instead of replying to me with this corny ass comment (extreme truth suggestion)

    • Say what you will it’s just the, “I’m from New York and i’m a part of something you aren’t” shit is really tired. I love New York it’s just I wish you guys knew how gay you sound to outsiders when you say stuff like that.

  1. Funny how things change …Nas of ten years ago will not be in the studio working with a gay nicca like Frank Ocean

  2. You know how you can tell that NYC is winning? Look at the amount of “NY sucks” comments whenever there is a story or video about NY lol. You never ever see a New Yorker talking about you other niggas because well your city doesn’t really matter but everybody across the world knows if you want to make it you gotta come to NY. I don’t have to run down the lists of accomplishments that my city can claim because that just wouldn’t be fair or classy but lets just say if it wasn’t for us creating Hip Hop you outta state niggas wouldn’t have Hip Hop websites to talk shit on.

    • This is a perfect example of why a lot of people can’t stand New Yorkers. It’s this superior, elitist attitude that alot of you have. You exemplified this perfectly when you said “Because your city doesn’t really matter”. You remind me of the people from NY who come here on vacation and it’s almost like this obsessive gay compulsion they have to tell EVERY SINGLE person they encounter about how they’re from NY. They’ll probably never realize we’re laughing at them as soon as they leave. Someone walked into my store once and told me he was from NY so I handed him a free cookie. He just looked at me puzzled and left.

    • People from the greatest place on earth shouldn’t need to constantly say that they’re from the greatest place on earth.

    • For real though look at the amount of emotional ass comments hating on NY but the moment we say something back than you niggas get all butt hurt lol

    • I agree people who hate NY just for the sake of being haters are lame. It’s just, you’re kind of inviting more hate by perpetuating the stereotype of the guy from NY who thinks he’s better than anyone else who isn’t.

    • It’s not about who thinks we’re better it’s about us being proud of our city. We have a right to be proud of where we come from they same way everyone else is but you guys won’t let us live. The moment there is anything New York related the majority of comments are F Ny or NY fell off or all this bitter shit but the moment a nigga stands up for his city than it’s ” Typical arrogant New Yorker who thinks they’re better than everyone else”. SMH

    • If my town is so dead than why do New Yorker’s keep coming here ?

    • Okay. I get it now. l get to live all the time where New Yorker’s only come on vacation to relax. I can accept that.

  3. I apologize. I was wrong. If you’re from NYC and you go anywhere else in the country and tell them where you’re from they should bow down in your presence and give you free stuff. After all, you’re from a more intelligent, better class of people and are therefore entitled to special treatment. I’m not sure what I was thinking earlier, forgive me.
