Retweeting congratulatory messages from Rick Ross and DJ Khaled, Busta made his new label situation publicly known.

Last night, Rick Ross was one of various hip-hop stars to give Busta props for his move.

Wednesday, hip-hop personality Miss Info broke the news of Busta’s newest label situation.

After delivering a #1 record, Busta Rhymes and Chris Brown return again in reverse roles for this new single off Busta’s upcoming E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event) 2: End Of The World album. This will be a pretty unique project for Busta because the new album will be debuted exclusively through Google’s new venture, Google Music. Meanwhile, Info broke the news on Celeb Drama of Busta Rhymes joining the powerful team that is Cash Money Records. That’s right, Busta Rhymes’ new home will be with Birdman, Slim, and Lil’ Wayne. He isn’t the only one joining though, former No Limit solider Mystikal has also signed with the Cash Money Empire. Belee dat! (Miss Info TV)

The rap veteran’s label move comes three years after going from Interscope to Universal Motown.

Rap-Up.com has exclusively confirmed that Busta Rhymes has signed with Universal Motown. Busta will release his eighth studio album on the label. Universal Motown is home to artists Lil Wayne, Nelly, Akon, and Ashanti, among others. (Rap-Up)
